Two common ones first
ReminderMAP cannot see my reminders
macOS asks for reminders access on first launch, and if that was declined the app has nothing to read. Open System Settings, go to Privacy and Security, then Reminders, and make sure ReminderMAP is switched on. On macOS 14 and later this needs to be full access, because the app writes your changes back as well as reading them.
My groups and statuses are not showing up in Apple Reminders
They will not, and that is by design. Apple Reminders has no field for them. Your tasks, lists, dates and completion state sync both ways in real time. Groups, status, the work log and the review history live only in ReminderMAP, because there is nowhere on the other side to put them. Everything ReminderMAP writes into Reminders is yours to keep, whatever happens to the app.

Please do not send screenshots containing tasks you would rather keep private. A description is nearly always enough, and we can ask if we need more.
Your data
ReminderMAP keeps its planning data on your Mac, with no account, and that data goes nowhere. You can export all of it to JSON at any time from the app's settings, including when you have no active subscription. The form above is the one exception, and it sends only what you type into it: your message becomes a single email in our inbox, along with your email address, your app version and your IP address.
