For founders

Every line runs through you.

Nothing gets delegated because there is nobody to delegate it to. The cost is not the volume of work, it is that no two of those lines are ever in your head at the same moment.

01 / The problem

A list cannot tell you what is waiting

Fundraising, hiring, the product, the customer who emailed twice, the accountant, the thing that will become a problem in three weeks. You capture all of it, because capture is the one part that works: Siri in the car, the Lock Screen at dinner, a Shortcut from your inbox.

What you get back is a wall of lines sorted by date. It cannot show you that the investor thread has not moved in nine days, or that the hiring line is blocked on a document only you can write, or that the product work is fine and could wait. Every morning you rebuild that picture from memory, and every morning it costs you the first hour.

02 / What helps

01

One group, tasks from everywhere

Pull the fundraising work out of four different lists into one branch, without moving anything in Apple Reminders. Each task stays in the list it came from and keeps syncing to your phone, while the map shows you the line instead of the pieces.

02

Colour finds the problem first

Mark a task stuck and write the reason on it, and the colour travels up the tree. You see which branch is red before you have read a single task title, which is the difference between reviewing your week and rebuilding it.

03

Parked is not the same as late

Work you have deliberately set aside gets its own state instead of a date pushed forward again and again. Your overdue column becomes something you can trust, because the only things in it are actually overdue.

03 / Getting it

Coming soon to the Mac App Store

Free to download, and the map itself is free forever. The states that tell you which line is waiting are part of the paid tier.

A browser demo on sample data, enough to show you how it works. The Mac app is faster and it runs on your own reminders. Nothing here is saved; refresh puts it back.
