Monthly
$4.99per month
For trying it on a real month of work.
- Everything paid, billed monthly
- Cancel any time in the App Store
- Works with Family Sharing

ReminderMAP is free to download, and the part of it that is free has no time limit and no countdown. The full map, groups without limit, two way sync with Apple Reminders, backups and export: those stay free whatever happens.
Three things are paid, and they are one chain rather than three separate reasons. Connecting your AI is what makes the states get used. Used states record themselves into the work log. Finished work is then kept by month, which is the record of what you actually got done. Once the first one is running, the other two fill up on their own.
$4.99per month

$29.99per year
Two weeks free first. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may vary by region. The price you pay is the one the App Store shows you before you confirm, and so is the length of any free trial.
01 / Free
This is not a trial and there is no countdown at the end of it. If you never subscribe, all of this keeps working.
02 / Paid
Your assistant can read and change the planning layer through a local endpoint: groups, states, what a task is stuck on, what you finished last month. Writing is off until you turn it on, a full backup is taken before the first change, and everything it does comes back in one undo.
Todo, doing, stuck and parked, where stuck carries a line about what it is stuck on. Colour follows state up the tree. The doing, stuck and parked columns in the schedule view come with it.
Completed work kept by month, then by list, with repeating tasks folded into one line. The current month is free to look at. Reaching back through your history is the paid part.
03 / The obvious question
It is a fair question and we would rather answer it than let it sit there. Most subscriptions are justified by a running cost: servers, sync, storage. We have none of those.
What the subscription pays for is the work that continues after you buy. macOS changes every year, and the paid features are the ones that keep growing. A one off payment funds the version you bought and nothing after it.
What makes that fair rather than merely convenient for us is what happens when you stop. Nothing is deleted, the export stays complete, and a large part of the app keeps working permanently rather than for a trial period. You are not renting access to your own work.
04 / Downgrade
Three things that are true on every downgrade, and stay true.
